Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that two MAs bearing Nos.704/2025 and 705/2025 were filed before the Hon'ble Bench for impleadment of M/s Jiostar and M/s Network 18 in this matter. Hence, the Rejoinder could not be filed until disposal of those MAs by the Hon'ble Bench. She further requests that this matter may, therefore, be listed before the Hon'ble Bench  along with those MAs for Orders/Directions.

As requested, let this matter be placed before the Hon'ble Bench along with MA Nos. 704/2025 and 705/2025 on any convenient date.
