1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for both side are present.

2. As per Office report, issues have not been framed, and parties have made their endorsement for not leading any evidence. Rather, date of hearing has been fixed. Hence, apparently, parties are not at any issues to be adjudged, nor there is any evidence to be led by either side, for proving their case or reply.

3. The only question with regard to ad interim order is being pressed, for which the mention by Learned Counsel for Petitioner is of making compliance of the interim order, and the affidavit of this compliance by Diary No. 2972 of 2026 has been filed. Copy has been served to other side.

4. Time is being requested for filing rebuttal/counter of it. Let, counter and rejoinder to this affidavit, after exchange in between, be got filed, within two weeks.

5. List the matter on 03.11.2026 "for further hearing over this alleged ad interim order."
