After hearing Learned Counsel for both sides, the following issues are framed in agreement of the Counsel:-

1.  Whether the Petitioner is entitled to recovery of Rs.13,23,000/- (Rs. Thirteen Lakhs and Twenty Three Thousand Only) towards outstanding Placement Fee qua the Channel 'India Daily Live' alongwith pendente lite interest and future interest @18% per annum from the due date till the date of realization of the outstanding? 

As prayed for, let the Evidence Affidavit be filed by the Petitioner within four weeks from today.
