Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the reply filed by the Respondent is based on legal submissions and therefore, Rejoinder Affidavit and issues are also not required to be filed/framed in this matter. He further submits that this matter may be listed before the Hon'ble Bench for hearing in  due course.
