ORDER

1. This Petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs. 4,57,500/- from the respondent. 

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.  Nobody appears for the respondent.

3.We had on earlier date of adjournment issued notice vide order dated 03.07.2026  upon the proprietor of the respondent MR. ANIL KUMAR SAHNI, HAVING OFFICE AT: 116, MAIN MARKET, CHHATTARPUR, DELHI-110030, ­to  be served through the Station House Officer, Mehrauli Police Station, Kalu Ram Chowk, Mehrauli Village, Mehrauli, Delhi-110030.

4. The aforesaid notice has not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the Proprietor of the Respondent. 

5. We, therefore, request the Deputy Commissioner of Police, South District, Delhi, Having office at: DCP Office Complex, Near Hauz Khas Police Station,Chaudary Dilip Singh Marg,  Hauz Khas, New Delhi-110016 First Floor, Hauz Khas, New Delhi-110016, Landline nos. 011-26857726, 011-26858366, Email address:  dcp.south@delhipolice.gov.in,  to see that the order passed by this Tribunal dated 03.07.2026 is served upon the Proprietor of the Respondent through the aforesaid Police Station.

6. Copy of today’s order as well as orders dated 03.07.2026  be sent to Deputy Commissioner of Police, South District, Delhi, Having office at: DCP Office Complex, Near Hauz Khas Police Station,Chaudary Dilip Singh Marg,  Hauz Khas, New Delhi-110016 First Floor, Hauz Khas, New Delhi-110016, Landline nos. 011-26857726, 011-26858366, Email address:  dcp.south@delhipolice.gov.in. by Registered Post A/D or by Speed Post.

7. Dasti/Direct service is also permitted to the petitioner to serve today’s order as well as the aforesaid orders of this Tribunal to Deputy Commissioner of Police, South District, Delhi, Having office at: DCP Office Complex, Near Hauz Khas Police Station,Chaudary Dilip Singh Marg,  Hauz Khas, New Delhi-110016 First Floor, Hauz Khas, New Delhi-110016, Landline nos. 011-26857726, 011-26858366, Email address:  dcp.south@delhipolice.gov.in.

8. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 03.12.2026.
